Registration Policies *Please read before registering*

Registration deadlines are posted under the course descriptions on the Women's Self Defense page. Due to our intent of keeping a high instructor to student ratio, as well as providing take-home packets and lunch (for courses at our site), we have set these registration deadlines to ensure we have sufficient notice to meet our needed instructor and packet numbers, and to preorder food for the class. For these reasons, our refund policies are as follows:

Refund policy: If you contact us by phone, email, or in person on or before the registration deadline date, we will gladly issue a full refund, or transfer your registration to the next class of your choice. If you cancel after the registration deadline, class fees are nonrefundable due to class expenses that are prepaid by the school based on the number of women signed up. Concessions will be made in the event of an emergency. Otherwise, you will be required to pay class fees again for the next class you wish to attend.

Repeating classes: Women who have taken the basic women's self defense/rape prevention class once and wish to repeat the class for review are eligible to do so at a rate of $30. If you wish to enroll at the discount rate, please email us at info@wncdefense.com and tell us your name and what date you last attended a basic class. We will then email you the coupon code.
